1. No clear defined set of rules in easily reachable area on dashboard, other than *FAQ 2. Didn’t breach the account Daily Draw Down Limit, however, email sent saying I did, without any explanation what so ever “Account breach”. 3.Not the best withdrawal/payout process for traders in comparison to other firms.

I strongly advise against purchasing a challenge account from this prop firm. I bought a challenge account from them, but out of nowhere, my country was suddenly banned from using their services. To make matters worse, they did not offer any refund or compensation for the inconvenience. This is highly unprofessional and unfair to customers…

Bought an eval, made 3% in profit and they didn’t allow me to renew the monthly subscription because they randomly decided to ban my country. Eval was active and in profit so waste of money and time.Support is horrendous as well, waiting 4 days for an answer.
