I strongly advise against purchasing a challenge account from this prop firm. I bought a challenge account from them, but out of nowhere, my country was suddenly banned from using their services. To make matters worse, they did not offer any refund or compensation for the inconvenience. This is highly unprofessional and unfair to customers who have already paid for their services. Their lack of transparency and customer support is disappointing. If you’re considering this firm, I recommend looking elsewhere to avoid the risk of losing your money without any recourse.
