It could have been so great with FXIFY Futures.
I’m a long-time trader in the forex market, sometimes successful, sometimes not. However, my strengths lie in options and futures, which is where I feel comfortable. It is very strange that payments have been “temporarily suspended” for months. “Payments are down temporarily, please try again later” – this is either a sign that an investor has pulled out and they are now looking for a new one, or there are too many successful traders who have bankrupted Fxify Futures due to excessive payouts. Legal problems may also have arisen. Since the payment gateway at fxify.com is working smoothly, I’m guessing it’s the investor. That’s understandable, but you shouldn’t alienate your customers like that.
Update: They now claim that they could not find me under my name, which is bogus. I do not reveal my login credentials here and the payment failure comes on EVERY surface. That´s why they offer a code on fxify.com, when you try contact the chat. Stop doing this with your customer and stay honest.
Update 2: Now they want to tell me, that information about the account remains private. Me, a German citizen with a proven and public made review. I may do not understand the trustpilot phases fully, but I will NEVER give you over this platform any of my data. The payment problem exists, or is it only with my pc, laptop, smartphone 1 and 2 and the laptop of my son and my wife and the tablet of my daughter like that? I will go to the neighbour now and have a look. Unbelievable what you trying to do here. Wouldn´t it be easier to ask the backoffice team about the reason of the Payment “temporarly” not working message ?
Update 3: I never asked you contacting ME. Fix the payment issue. For this breach of data privacy act I will deduct another star.
Update 24.06.2025: Surprise, you made it to the right team and harrased me for nothing. This unbelievable answer says it all. And the fact, that you obviously doesn´t know about it scares me much much more.
